How to Stop Snoring and Night Sweating

For many years I suffered from night sweating, along with heavy snoring…

Beside my wife’s complaints about my snoring, I used to wake up in the middle of the night, having to change my sweat-soaked shirt.

After some intense research I found out that I was actually having a mild case of Sleep Apnea, which basically means that I wasn’t breathing properly during sleep.

Both snoring and night sweating had severely damaged the quality of my sleep, as well as my wife’s, and I had to do something about it…
